Return Policy
Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except for items labeled "FINAL SALE" on their product page. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us here or email us at contact@header1.co, providing photos of the product. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds and Credits
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@header1.co. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. We suggest you return the merchandise for a full refund, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a justification. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.
